Legal Notice
Eighth Heaven Sourcing Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16070345). Our registered address is available on request. We are not VAT registered. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for data protection, supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering purposes, and a registered member of the Property Redress Scheme.
Our Role
Eighth Heaven Sourcing Ltd acts as a property deal sourcing company. We identify, structure and present property opportunities to registered investors. We do not act as estate agents, financial advisers, solicitors or tax advisers. Nothing on this website or in any communication from us constitutes financial, legal or tax advice.
For Investors
Investors are required to sign a Terms of Business agreement and complete AML and KYC verification before any deal opportunity is shared. A one-time sourcing fee, agreed in advance and confirmed in writing, is payable upon reservation of a deal. This fee is non-refundable once the full deal pack has been shared with the investor.
For Landlords, Agents & Developers
No sourcing fee is payable to us by landlords, agents or developers. Our engagement is governed by a separate agreement (Heads of Terms or similar), which will be shared and agreed in writing before any introduction or progression is made.
