  2. Complete AML / KYC Onboarding

    All investors are required to complete our AML and KYC verification process before receiving deal opportunities.

  3. Receive Deal Opportunities

    Once verified, you will receive suitable deal opportunities matching your criteria, with full due diligence packs.

  4. Review the Numbers

    Assess the deal independently. We provide projections and structure — you must conduct your own due diligence.

  5. Reserve the Deal

    If the deal is suitable, you can reserve it. A reservation fee and signed terms of business apply at this stage.

  6. Complete Agreements

    Final agreements, lease documentation and any remaining payments are completed before keys are handed over.
